Maintenance Contracts

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

Structured maintenance plans for air conditioning, HVAC systems, appliances & electrical services — tailored for homes and businesses.

Key Features Included in All AMCs

Preventative Maintenance — 2 to 4 scheduled servicing visits per year
Priority Support — AMC customers are placed at the front of the queue
Extended Equipment Life — Regular tune-ups to prevent wear and tear

A fully-loaded, worry-free contract. Covers both labor (service charges) and the cost of replacement parts if something breaks down.

What's included: Regular preventive maintenance visits, emergency breakdown calls, and any faulty spare parts (e.g., capacitors, fan motors, or compressors, depending on the specific agreement terms).

Best for: Businesses, company accommodations, or homeowners who want predictable expenses and don't want to face unexpected, costly repair bills.

This contract covers the cost of service and labor, but excludes the cost of spare parts.

What's included: Scheduled routine servicing, cleaning, checking, and diagnosing faults.
The Catch: If a component fails, you will be billed separately for that specific part.

Best for: Budget-conscious clients with relatively new appliances where parts are unlikely to fail soon.

A middle-ground contract where most items are covered, but a few high-value parts are explicitly excluded to keep the contract price lower.

Example: For an HVAC or refrigerator system, it might cover all electrical components and labor but exclude the cooling gas recharge or the compressor itself.

Best for: Clients who want broad coverage at a lower cost, with known, manageable exclusions.

While not strictly a traditional preventative AMC, this fixed-fee contract guarantees priority emergency response times whenever a system fails, rather than focusing on routine checkups.

Ideal when you need fast, guaranteed response in the event of a breakdown.
Great for businesses where downtime is costly and unacceptable.

Best for: Commercial establishments and businesses requiring guaranteed SLA response times.
